N. had Cowboy Day at school on Monday. The kids wore their cowboy gear, roasted marshmellows over a yellow and red tissue paper fire, made smores and sang a few cowboy songs for the parents. The first song was "Don't Fence Me In" and the second was "A Cowboy Needs a Hat" and last "Oh Give Me a Home". Miss Patti - his teacher does such a super job. I could hear N. all month singing his songs in bed or just while he was playing. This is our last Cowboy Day because he will be in Kindergarten next year.
