Nate is always busy - but one of his favorite things is to pretend he is skateboarding (he has one which is currently hiding under my bed). He loves to watch X Games and always says "I want to do that" whenever he sees someone skiing, biking, skateboarding, parachuting etc. He is often jumping off the couch and practicing flips and fancy moves which he calls super jumps and blast offs. Recently he added something new to his X Games practice. He now states after each jump and twist "don't try this at home". I just chuckle. I only have one dare devil in the family. Hailey is content simply to sit and read a book. I am grateful because one whirling, twirling, constantly moving body is enough for me to handle.
